How the vault fills. Buys pay fees in $TSLA: 80% goes to the Vault, 20% to the original receiver. Sells pay fees in $ATOMS: 50% is burned, 50% is locked here. Index expansion (a basket of physical-AI and robotics stock tokens) unlocks once the Vault is deep enough — the community votes on the basket.
